All ticket prices are displayed in British Pounds and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time. Early bird prices are available for a limited period only and will automatically revert to the standard price at the end of the promotional period.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through our secure online payment system. All transactions are processed securely and we do not store your full payment card details.
Upon successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email serves as your ticket. Please retain it and present it (either printed or on your mobile device) upon arrival at the event.
All tickets are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person or per transaction. When tickets are sold out, no further purchases can be made.
Due to the nature of live events, ticket purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we understand circumstances change. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible at info@emcpromotions.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.
In the unlikely event that we cancel an event, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date. We will notify all ticket holders via the email address provided at purchase.
If an event is postponed and rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, please contact us to discuss your options.
Each person must have their own individual valid ticket on entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at their discretion.
All EMC Promotions and Private Affair events operate a strict smart dress code. Please refer to our Important Information page for full details. Failure to comply with the dress code will result in refusal of entry, and no refund will be offered.
We expect all attendees to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and venue residents. EMC Promotions reserves the right to remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable, without refund. This includes but is not limited to:
Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Please keep noise to a minimum when arriving and departing, and respect the local residents. Failure to do so may jeopardise future events at the venue.
Parking at or near the venue is at your own risk. EMC Promotions accepts no liability for any damage, theft, or loss in relation to vehicles. Any vehicle parked in breach of venue parking rules may be towed at the owner's expense. Please refer to our Important Information page for parking guidance.
Where a minibus service is offered, bookings must be made in advance by contacting us directly. A minimum number of passengers may be required for the service to operate. Pickup times are approximate and EMC Promotions accepts no liability for delays. Prices for the minibus service are quoted per person for a return journey.
By attending our events, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. These images and recordings may be used by EMC Promotions for promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, and printed materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to the event photographer or a member of staff.
