Valid Ticket Required on Arrival
Every guest must present a valid ticket at the entrance. No unpaid tickets will be held at the door and DJs will not be holding tickets on behalf of guests.
If you do not have a valid ticket at the entrance, you will be charged the full door price.
If a friend is holding your ticket, please make arrangements with them before you arrive.
Ticket Scanning
All tickets purchased online will be scanned upon entry. Please have your ticket ready — either printed or on your mobile device.
Group & Birthday Bookings
All bulk orders and birthday party bookings must be paid for in advance. A confirmed guest list with full names must be submitted to and approved by EMC prior to the event.
If you are booking individually but meeting friends or joining a group, please let EMC know the group size so seating can be arranged together.

Free Parking Available
On-street parking in the local area surrounding The Woodford Bar & Grill is free from 6:30 PM onwards.
All surrounding side roads near the venue are free to park from 6:30 PM.
